Meet Tricia
I’m a licensed therapist with 27 years of experience.
I've been blessed with the ability to listen to clients and be able to understand several sides of an issue. While helping clients identify blind spots, understand their struggles, and find solutions, I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral, Exposure Therapy, Mindfulness Practice, and Client-Focused therapies and techniques.
You could say that I bring proven results from science and evidence based modalities, while still maintaining a down to earth connection with my clients.
Whether the struggle is with anxiety, depression, postpartum challenges, relational issues, trauma, and/or current behaviors getting in the way of results, you can be assured you are capable of changing. I look forward to working with you!
As a Native of Arizona, I believe there are still many places I have not visited; one of my favorite things to do is take day trips and explore new places.
I have hiked most of Arizona and, of course, the local trails like Piestewa and Phoenix Preserve, and Camelback Mountain are favorites of mine for decades. In addition to hiking, I have finally successfully gardened tomatoes and lettuce as well as herbs and flowers this past year - thanks to Desert Botanical classes and YouTube learning, which have taught me all about Arizona-specific planting.
Speaking of learning, I love to learn in my spare time! Topics on mental health, physical health, finance, and aging are of particular interest.
